Community Wellness Walks Physican Leader Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in leading an HonorHealth Community Wellness Walk!


We are looking for two physician leaders for each walk.
  • The Wellness Walks are the first Saturday of each month.
  • The Wellness Walks begin at 10 a.m. with a brief presentation on a health topic of your choice.
  • The walking commences at 10:15 and ends at 11 a.m.
  • The walk location will change each month. In late Spring the walks will move indoors. Locations TBD.
