Explorers Club 2026-2027 Application

Please fill out this application in its entirety when you are ready to submit. The deadline to submit the application is Tuesday, June 16 at noon. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

There are 22 questions - including 3 essay questions. The use of AI technology (including but not limited to ChatGPT) is not permitted when writing your essay questions. The essay questions are:

1) Which of your activities or interests do you find the most enjoyable, and why? (250 words max)

2) HonorHealth upholds the ICARE values of Innovation, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, and Empathy. Describe a time you were able to help your community and how you exemplified these values in your service. (300 words max)

3) How could being a part of this club support your future goals and aspirations in the medical field? (250 words max)
